Location and setting
The site sits within the south-western part of the wider Boyd Park masterplan area, off Oxford Road. It is close to existing homes at William’s Farm, with Oxford Road to the south and green corridors, open space and watercourses forming part of the wider setting.
Landscape connections
The Lika Brook corridor lies to the north of the proposed development parcels. To the west, Kilbarron Park open space is expected to help connect the new homes with the wider green network, including Logan Wood and other open spaces within Boyd Park.
