What the residential phase is expected to include.

Around 500 homes are expected, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to larger family homes.

Affordable homes are expected to include homes for rent and shared ownership, with the number and mix to be confirmed.

New streets, footpaths, cycle routes and different parking arrangements are expected to serve the new homes.

The layout needs to connect homes with Kilbarron Park, Logan Wood, Lika Brook and the wider green network.
