A public consultation has launched on proposals for a new residential phase at Boyd Park.
Boyd Park is planned as a new garden village in Oxfordshire. The wider vision is for a new community with homes, schools, shops, healthcare, play areas, public transport, parks and open space.
This consultation focuses on one part of the wider development. The proposals are expected to include around 500 new homes, with a mix of apartments, mews homes, semi-detached homes and detached houses. The scheme is also expected to include affordable housing, including homes for rent and shared ownership.
The consultation website includes information about the proposals, plans and images, answers to frequently asked questions and a feedback form.
The consultation is open until Monday 7 September 2026.
